Refund policy

At Aervian, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size.
- The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.
All requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- You changed your mind.
- You no longer need the product.
- You ordered the wrong product yourself.
- You dislike the design after delivery.
- You expected a different color due to monitor or screen differences.
If you wish to receive another size, design, or product because of your own preference, we may offer an exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Refunds are not available for customer preference changes.
3. Required Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
- Be unused.
- Be unwashed.
- Be free from stains, scratches, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use.
- Include original packaging.
- Include all accessories (if applicable).
Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may be rejected.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
To report a damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing product, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
The video must:
- Begin before opening the shipping package.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show the package being opened.
- Clearly display the issue.
- Be recorded without cuts or edits.
Photos alone may not be sufficient.
Claims submitted without proper evidence may be declined.
5. Inspection Process
Every returned item is inspected after it reaches our facility.
If inspection shows:
- customer misuse,
- intentional damage,
- signs of use,
- missing items,
- or a claim inconsistent with the evidence,
the return or exchange request may be rejected.
Our inspection decision is final.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the mistake is ours
If we sent:
- the wrong product,
- the wrong size,
- a damaged product,
- or a defective item,
Aervian will cover the return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
If the customer requests an exchange
If the exchange is requested because:
- you ordered the wrong size,
- you want another design,
- you changed your mind,
the customer must pay:
- return shipping charges
- shipping charges for the replacement product
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products returned after 5 days
- Products without original packaging
- Products without required evidence
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
8. Manufacturing Variations
Each mouse pad is produced after your order is placed.
Minor variations including:
- slight color differences,
- print placement,
- stitching alignment,
- edge finishing,
- and size variations up to approximately ±3 mm,
are normal manufacturing tolerances and are not considered defects.
9. Refund Process
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Aervian.
10. Return Authorization
Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
