Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Production

All products are made after your order is placed.

Production generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on demand.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery:

India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • remote delivery locations
  • unforeseen circumstances

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

If the shipment is returned to us, the customer must pay the reshipping charges.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery fails because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the address is incorrect,
  • the package is refused,

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.


Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged, please record an unboxing video before opening it.

This helps us process any claims quickly.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is genuinely lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
